A beautiful private villa with 5 star hotel type service and facilities

I stayed at the beautiful Villa Etoile Des Sables for 7 nights in August with 12 family members. The whole experience from the moment I contacted the owner Julia has been completely stress-free. Julia was very helpful in providing all the information then once booked, the her representative for the villa Anne Faris took over the correspondence as she lives in Marrakech and oversees the property. Anne was an absolute star as she organised the transport to collect us all from the airport, arranged our requested grocery shopping prior to our arrival and she was at the property on our arrival to welcome us. Anne provided us with all the details needed for excursions and also the "menu" of the mobile spa team who came to our villa to provide hammam and spa treatments. The facilities at this villa are of a very high quality and i must congratulate Julia for the amazing decor and attention to detail in the villa. A perfect blend of contemporary design with local and Asian furnishings. It works so well. The villa's grounds are huge and and so well maintained.
Two pools to choose from and my family made great use of both. The indoor pool didn't need heating as it was already quite warm and the outdoor pool was the perfect temp to cool you from the 40 deg heat. It's 25m x 5m in size with the first 5m being shallow so it's perfect for the younger children. Then there are a couple of steps that gradually takes the depth to about 2m with a wood seating area on the end. The poolside furniture is great and it's surrounded by beautiful olive trees and thick luscious grass that makes your feet sink.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are of a 5 star hotel standard including safe boxes in each room. Make sure you stake your claim for the master bedroom upstairs quickly! There are 4 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 in the pavillon on the other side of the pool.
There are several sitting areas scattered throughout both indoor and outdoor so it was great to find some peace and quiet for an afternoon siesta.
This leaves me to mention Amina and her team who were amazing. So, so friendly and we were really spoilt. Just inform her of what you'd like to eat and when. She'll arrange the groceries and you simply re-imburse her. I would suggest you arrange a full menu if possible so all the groceries can be bought. Amina only speaks Arabic or French so be prepared!
I have nothing negative to say about this villa. If you really want luxury then look no further!
Christmas in Marrakesh

As a family of 10 adults and three children , we spent a wonderful week celebrating my husbands 60th and Christmas here.
From the moment we arrived Amina and the girls looked after us all , cooking wonderful meals and making it the most memorable holiday we have ever had .
The villa is huge and we all made use of the beautiful indoor and even the outdoor pool and gardens . We were blessed with clear warm weather and they even lit the outdoor fire so we could enjoy a barbecue outside .
Totally magical and we will miss Amina and her staff very much 😍
Perfect villa for our remote office week

Our team of 12 people spent here a remote office week. The villa was perfect four our needs. The internet connection was very good and reliable. The villa itself was very specious so everyone of us managed to find a good and peaceful spot where to work at.
Amina and the other staff was brilliant and very helpful. They took very good care of us.
I can highly recommend this villa.
Amazing villa with excellent staff

Me and my family (11 altogether) stayed at this villa in August 2019. There is always a concern when you book a villa that the property will not be as nice as you expect. However, this villa did not disappoint. It was everything we expected based on the description and more. The villa and the grounds (including the swimming pool) are looked after very well.
Amina and her team of staff are also excellent. Although they are predominantly French and Arabic speaking, we got by (my husband speaks a bit of French). One of the team members speaks a little English which also helps.
The food prepared by the team was, on the whole, good. It is largely Moroccan, but as many in our group are vegetarian, they also made some non-Moroccan food such as lasagne and pizza, all of which was very good.
We did, as I have done on all villa stays, had a couple of issues with the Internet connection and air conditioning in the outhouse which houses 2 out of the 6 bedrooms. However, Julia and her team did everything they could to resolve the issues quickly. There were no issues with the main villa.
The pool and grounds are lovely. The pool is not tiled which means it is non-slippery, but it also means that you can graze your feet and knees a little on the steps. You do need to be a little careful with small children.
Overall, we had a wonderful week at the villa and I would definitely recommend it.
